Like any authentic Mediterranean tradition, our story begins with family. Maha’s Bakehouse is a family-owned and operated bakery that embraces true family values as well as Mediterranean heritage. “Maha,” the matriarch and soul of Maha’s Bakehouse, grew up in Lebanon learning the ancient traditions of baking from her mother and grandmother. And since 2008 when our family came to America, she has been sharing these same Mediterranean treats with others. Baking has and will always be Maha’s passion.
For over a decade, our entire family has dedicated our talents to baking exquisite pastries and sweets fashioned in true Mediterranean style. But over the course of time, opportunities to explore innovative recipes based on traditional Mediterranean themes arose.
